Computers

As more and more people are working in front of computers today, many people are complaining of stiffness and pain and don’t realise that their posture at work is leading to neck and back problems. Those that spend their working hours sitting in front of a computer would do well to take regular breaks, sit in a chair with lumbar support, have enough space on their desks so that their forearms can rest in front of the keyboard, and make sure the keyboard and monitor are at a comfortable level. Remember to do some small stretches for your neck and back to make sure they don’t stiffen up during the day.
